IXTAPA
IXTAPA Mexican Restaurant was a complete 3 line restaurant TI build-out in a new strip mall in Redmond Washington. It required underground plumbing, grease traps and tank, new rooftop equipment and exhaust, moment frame steel around the cook-line to handle the new HVAC and exhaust equipment and structural changes the adjacent tenant space for added room for the dining area. We designed and built the bar and back bar cabinetry closely with the owners approval. It was the 2nd of 3 TI’s done for the ownership group which was a huge success and still flourishing today.
