When we set out to create this back yard oasis all there was, was a bare lot, dirt, weeds and a 6×8 concrete patio pad;  you’d think there wasn’t much to work with.  In order to accomplish a lavish experience of outdoor living we started with timber framed porches and roof structures. We used  building materials and finishes that matched the existing home including tile roofing and designed and placed a 1000 sft of concrete patio, steps and stairs.  Ledge stone columns and acid stained concrete patios provided all the outdoor space needed for a dining area, a hot tub area, several conversation areas and we did it all on a sensible budget.

This Sport Court is built on a 6″ slab and included a slight grade from center court to all of the edges.  Drain tile and a french drain systems surrounded the perimeter of the court to shed water during heavy rainfall.  We also provided and placed the vinyl Sport Court tile mat and installed game lines for both basketball and pickle ball play.  A fun space like this may cost less than you think.
